NOONI is a lingerie brand currently in development. This notice explains what information we collect through wearenooni.com, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
If you join the founding list, we collect your name, email address, marketing preference and any optional questionnaire answers you choose to give us. We may also record the advertising source or campaign that brought you to the site so we can understand which messages are useful.
Why we use it
- To send the development, wear-testing and launch updates you asked to receive.
- To understand what women want from NOONI and help shape prototypes, sizing, colours and pricing.
- To assess interest in the product and improve the website and advertising.
- To protect the website and keep an accurate record of consent.
Email and marketing
We only send founding-list emails where you have actively asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time, use the link in any future email, or contact us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew it.
Optional analytics
We ask before using optional analytics. If you accept, we record page views and key steps such as opening or completing the founding-list form, along with campaign information where present. This helps us distinguish product interest from problems with an advert or webpage. If advertising-platform tracking is added later, it will remain blocked until the visitor accepts optional tracking.
Who receives your information
Your information is stored using the providers that host and operate the NOONI website. It may also be processed by email, analytics or advertising providers where needed to provide the service and only with appropriate controls. We do not sell founding-list information.
How long we keep it
We keep founding-list information while NOONI is in development and for as long as you remain subscribed. Research responses may be retained in a de-identified form so that earlier product decisions remain understandable. We review identifiable information periodically and remove it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
